You can’t change and you can’t move through those things unless you’re safe and you trust where you are. That’s been my favorite thing — just absolute full safety so that I can surrender to the process. It’s so much more than a medicine retreat. Know that you’re going to get so much more than you expect, like the most held you ever feel.
INTIMATE GATHERING OF 6 WOMEN
3 DEVOTED FACILITATORS
OCEAN, NATURE, & ADVENTURE
SACRED CEREMONY & INTEGRATION
SISTERHOOD THAT LASTS A LIFETIME
Remember who you were before the world told you who to be
The Invitation
This retreat is not designed to fix you.
It is rooted in the belief that you were never broken.
It is an invitation to embody what you already know is possible and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
There comes a moment in every woman’s life when she realizes she isn’t searching for more information. She’s longing to come home to herself. To rediscover the woman she’s always been beneath the expectations, the striving, the endless doing, and the conditioning that slowly pulled her away from her own truth.
Perhaps you’ve created a life you’re grateful for, yet still carry a quiet ache for something you can’t quite name.
You give deeply. You hold so much, and somewhere along the way, you forgot what it feels like to be held yourself
You miss what it feels like to laugh until your cheeks hurt and feel unapologetically alive in your body. You want to feel seen and deeply met by women who celebrate your strength and welcome your vulnerability.
Because something extraordinary happens when women choose to meet one another with open hearts and shared intention. Relationships begin to root themselves in deep trust, mutual devotion, courageous honesty, and the willingness to stand fully for one another's becoming.
This kind of sisterhood is not simply a beautiful addition to the work. It is the work.
Here, you'll find space to soften, play, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that everyday life often asks you to set aside.
We've been taught that growth comes through striving and pushing harder. But nature tells a different story. What is nourished flourishes. What is tended blossoms.
When Life Calls
You Forward
There are seasons in life that invite us inward.
Sometimes they arrive after loss.
Sometimes after great accomplishment.
Sometimes in the middle of a life that looks beautiful from the outside but no longer feels fully aligned on the inside.
They often begin as a quiet knowing that something within is ready to change.
These moments aren’t interruptions. They are invitations.
Invitations to release what you’ve been carrying, become still enough to hear yourself again, receive the wisdom waiting beneath the noise, and reconnect with your deepest knowing.
The Circle We Create
For too long, many of us have been taught to navigate life through competition, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and carrying more than was ever ours to hold.
Within this circle, we cultivate another way.
Through authentic connection, embodied practices, and shared experience, we discover that we are one another's greatest resource.
We witness one another with compassion instead of judgment and rejoice in one another’s victories without comparison. We hold one another through the tender places without trying to fix or rescue. We speak truth with kindness, laugh until our bellies ache, and cry when tears come, remembering we were never meant to carry life alone
Every woman's gifts strengthen the whole rather than compete for space. No woman has to shrink for another woman to shine. Vulnerability is honored. Strength is celebrated. Leadership is shared, not shouldered and receiving becomes a practice.
This is the kind of sisterhood every woman deserves to know..
The kind that reminds us we were never meant to walk this path alone.
The Rose Lineage
At the heart of this experience is what we call the Rose Lineage. A living remembrance of feminine wisdom.
Across cultures and throughout time, it has been remembered in many ways. Some call it the Great Mother. Some call it Divine Feminine consciousness. Some simply call it Love.
For centuries, the rose has been one of the most enduring symbols of the sacred feminine, teaching us through her very nature. She never questions whether she is worthy to bloom. She does not compare herself to the flowers beside her or rush to become who she will be. Guided by the seasons and cycles, she unfolds in her own perfect timing, trusting the quiet intelligence woven into her being, petal by petal revealing what has always been true at her center.
She reminds us that our fullest expression is not something we strive for or force. It is something we allow.
Our journey is much the same. We are invited to trust the wisdom of the body as deeply as the wisdom of the mind, remembering that strength and tenderness belong together, and that joy, sensuality, creativity, service, and discernment are not competing parts of ourselves, but expressions of a woman living in her wholeness.
Like the rose, the journey is not outward. It is inward.
And just as the rose’s fragrance has always been present, even while hidden within the tightly folded bud, your essence has always been here. Beneath the stories you’ve believed, the expectations you’ve inherited, and the layers of protection you’ve gathered, something sacred remains untouched.
Whole. Ancient. Wise.
She has never been broken. She has never needed fixing. She has never been lost. She has been here all along...waiting for you to remember her.
Conditions to Bloom
When we change the conditions around us, something within us begins to change, too.
Sometimes our nervous systems need a complete change of environment.
We need beauty.
We need spaciousness.
We need co-regulation.
We need new experiences that interrupt familiar patterns and invite new possibilities.
When we step outside the familiar rhythms of everyday life, our bodies often become more receptive to new ways of being. From this place, we begin to see ourselves, our lives, and what’s possible in an entirely new light.
The Mermaid
Medicine of Kauai
Her ancient landscapes offer a living reflection of abundance, fertility, beauty, and harmony.
The island reminds the nervous system what coherence feels like.
The ocean, forests, rivers, mountains, and silence invite us back into relationship with our innate intelligence.
The beauty of nature becomes our teacher. The waters become our playground, where we swim as mermaids and connect deeply with the ocean’s rhythm.
The ocean isn't a backdrop for this journey, it's the medicine itself.
Salt water carries the same mineral memory as blood, as amniotic fluid.
The body knew this element as home long before it knew land.
The ocean is our first mother. Our original womb.
On land, a woman holds herself up and braces. In the ocean, she is relieved in all the places she's carried so much.
When a woman submerges, something ancient in her softens as the water contains and relaxes the body.
She is held, instead of holding.
This is where the nervous system begins to believe it's safe to be supported and to soften.
To swim is to practice a different rhythm entirely: to feel sensuality and aliveness move in swells rather than straight lines.
The mermaid gives permission to feel immense depth.
She is the shape a woman takes when she allows something greater to hold her.
A New Way of Leading
The Future of Feminine Leadership
What if the future of feminine leadership isn't built by women who carry more?
What if it's built by women who lead from overflow instead of depletion, and from wholeness instead of self-sacrifice?
For generations, we've been taught that our worth is measured by how much we produce, how much we give, and how much we can endure.
We've become remarkably good at caring for everyone else, often while quietly forgetting ourselves.
The future will not be shaped by women who continually abandon themselves in service to everyone else.
The future will be shaped by women who are deeply resourced, supported, and fully alive.
Women who understand that receiving is not the opposite of giving. It is what makes giving sustainable.
Women who know that allowing themselves to be deeply held enables them to hold others with greater presence, wisdom, compassion, and love.
She understands that beauty, pleasure, and joy are not distractions from the path, but the path itself. It shapes our relationships, our families, our communities, our businesses, our children, and our legacy.
This is what becomes possible when a woman remembers herself.
She returns to her life trusting herself more deeply. She receives support without guilt, creates from inspiration rather than exhaustion, and no longer believes she has to carry everything alone. She doesn't simply function. She flourishes.
Heart-Centered Medicine Ceremony
There are moments in life that become sacred thresholds. This is one of those moments.
The ceremony invites us to step outside the familiar rhythms of daily life and into a space where the heart can speak more clearly than the mind, where the noise begins to quiet, the body softens, and something deeper within us is finally given space to emerge.
Held with reverence, experienced facilitation, thoughtful preparation and integration, the ceremony offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, with divine intelligence, with nature, and with the women beside you.
What once lived as understanding becomes embodied.
What once felt like possibility becomes a lived experience.
What once arrived as insight settles into the body as a new way of being.
Within the safety of ceremony, many women discover that what they were searching for was never outside of them. It had simply been waiting for the space, the presence, and the courage to be felt.
The ceremony is not the destination. It is a doorway.
One that opens the heart to a deeper trust in your own inner wisdom and allows the remembrance you've been cultivating all week to take root in your body, your relationships, and the way you return to your life.

Laura J. Swan
Laura Swan is a modern priestess, formally trained psychotherapist, medicine woman and transformational facilitator who has spent more than 25 years leading women's circles, retreats, and sacred spaces for healing and awakening. Her work weaves together psychology, evidence-informed healing, and embodied feminine wisdom, bridging modern science with ancient spiritual traditions. Known for creating spaces of fierce unconditional love, Laura's greatest devotion is gathering women into authentic sisterhood, where they remember not only their own wholeness, but the extraordinary power that awakens when women truly see, receive, and rise with one another. She believes our deepest transformation happens in sacred relationship, where love becomes embodied, belonging is restored, and every woman remembers who she has always been.
Dr. Somer Nicole
Dr. Somer Nicole is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Somatic Therapist, and Nervous System Optimizer with 20+ years bridging science and Soul. She works with self-aware women who have hit a plateau with all the inner work, may seem fine on the outside, but feel disconnected internally and are ready to stop understanding themselves and start experiencing themselves.
Her work begins where traditional therapy stops >> in the body and nervous system, where stuckness, lost identity, muted desire, and absent clarity actually live. Weaving nervous system science, Somatic Dialoguing, trauma repair, and energy work, she guides women in confronting resistance, reclaiming instinct, and transmuting fear into vitality. Through Feminine embodiment and archetypal alchemy, both light and shadow are met as sacred expressions of wholeness. Her ultimate goal being returning you to the body's intelligence and your innate power. Above all credentials, she is a Priestess of Erotic Revolution, here for the woman who is finally ready to stop waiting to feel fully alive.
Skylar
For nearly three decades, Skylar Mallas has devoted her life to creating environments where people feel deeply seen, genuinely safe, and wholeheartedly held.
A mentor, somatic guide, and architect of immersive and transformational experiences, Skylar invites others into a deeper relationship with themselves, one another, and the wisdom that naturally emerges when we gather with intention.
Skylar believes that every person already carries an innate knowing. Rather than leading from the front, she walks beside those she serves, creating the conditions where that inner truth can emerge.
Known for her grounded presence, Skylar has a gift for creating an atmosphere where people begin to soften. Her work invites a slower pace, deeper conversations, heartfelt connection, and the kind of belonging that allows us to be fully ourselves.
Those who experience Skylar often describe leaving feeling more present, more open to life, and more deeply rooted in who they are.

Voices from the Circle
What Women Are Remembering
Stories from the women who have walked this journey home to themselves.
What I was desiring to shift in my life was to build a deeper connection with myself and with my inner power, and this experience really facilitated that. I felt safe. I felt protected, being in such a really sacred moment. For myself personally, this is the best decision I did for myself this year.
I just felt really accepted and really appreciated. I actually felt like my contribution was something that was worthwhile and it really mattered. I can’t say enough about how much safety there is, how much respect, honor and kindness, compassion. If your intuition even remotely says yes, jump. Do it.
Transformational is the first word: transcendent in the sense that I come here as one person and then I leave with a different one, and that was on purpose. What I was really surprised with, and I didn’t expect, was the amount of preparation before and the amount of integration after, and really a lot of intentional work. This retreat was that kind of chapter break for me. It catalyzed that change in my life by providing the amount of nervous system support before.
