I feel safe in my body and stronger in my spirit
When I came to Laura I had done a lot of personal spiritual work and I had freed myself from years of depression and anxiety but something was still lacking. It was community and true embodiment of being a woman. I still didn't feel truly connected or safe with any women in my life. Laura provided a safe beautiful container to feel connection to other women. Each week I felt I was letting go and growing into a softer more tuned in woman. Laura taught me how to love and honor myself. With Laura’s leadership, I learned how to safely release my insecurities, untruths, self-doubts and uncertainties. In addition to monthly circles, I went on three weekend retreats where we would celebrate our victories, practice yoga, sit in sacred space, dance and celebrate our inner Goddess. I will never forget those special and sacred times, and often thank the universe for Laura’s commitment to helping me heal myself and for bringing us together.
