Dear Sister,

This week and last week, I am talking about the importance of connecting to your inner Maiden, and the value of allowing her a place to come out and play your life. 

She is a wise and powerful aspect of you, and when you get to know her and pay attention to her needs and desires, you will be in touch with a deep and vital part of yourself.

The Maiden within us represents our playful self, our spontaneous (and sometimes rebellious) nature. She is a part of ourselves down deep that is still youthful and unjaded by the pains of life.
