Join us for this Sacred Intentions experience of Rebirth and Renewal to expand into this Summer season with clarity, vision, abundance and vitality.
Through experiential rituals, ceremony, circle, and guided somatic and healing practices, you will practice listening to your inner wisdom and intuition, and honoring the messages from your body.
Within a safe container of support and love, Laura J. Swan will guide you through a ritual to clear stagnancy and residue from the past, then through a potent intuitive visioning process where you will clarify and step into your Sacred Intentions for your next cycle of abundance and healing.
Perhaps you are feeling it: there is great power and possibility for women's expansion and healing at this time. This is a year of great importance, and a critical time for our evolution- both individually and collectively.
This event will be a safe space where women's wisdom is shared, where a feminine way of manifesting and healing is honored and practiced, and where your intentions and desires are inspired from a deep place of alignment within you.

Clearing and Visioning
Laura will guide a powerful ritual and exercise for clearing and removing residual energy from the past, while still harvesting important lessons and teachings to help us grow. This is followed by a creative Visioning process to call in your most aligned intentions, goals and dreams, listening to your inner Wisdom, your body, the Ancestors, and your Higher Self for guidance.
Connection and Support
This event will be facilitated in a Women's Circle format, and offers a safe and sacred space for women to empower and uplift each other in their visions and gifts. For over 22 years, Laura has created deep, authentic experiences of sisterhood support for women through circle. This format is incredibly effective for helping women grow within the loving and compassionate energy of the Feminine.
Healing and Embodiment
Throughout the day, we will provide deep, grounded opportunities for healing and expansion. This is not only taught conceptually through suggested practices or lifestyle and mindset changes, but also from embodied practices we experience throughout the day. When we actually experience a teaching or transformational tool in a safe and connected space, it becomes more embodied, lasting and real.
Ceremony and Celebration
Our retreat will conclude with a beautiful ceremony and celebration to integrate our experiences from the day, and to prepare us to step back into the world with clarity, power, and grounded purpose. You will leave this day feeling more connected to your body and it's natural rhythms, you inner guidance system, and your own grounded visions and dreams.

The Women's Temple, founded by Laura J. Swan, is a place in Carlsbad, CA, where women gather for healing, connection, and inspiration. Laura has been leading transformational women's circles for over 20 years, and the Temple was founded to give women a place to feel safe, empowered and supported in their community as they experience their own magic and wisdom.

About Laura J. Swan
Laura J. Swan is a transformational coach, intuitive healer, and ceremonialist with her MA in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, and a trauma-informed, passionate advocate of women’s healing, leadership, and empowerment.
She has had a private healing and coaching practice working with women, men, couples, and youth for 18 years, and has been leading women’s circles, workshops and rite of passage ceremonies for over 22 years.
As a Ceremonialist, Laura creates and facilitates potent, powerful rites of passage and healing ceremonies for all phases of life.
She is the Founder and Owner of the Women’s Temple in Carlsbad, CA, a place where women gather locally for circles, seasonal ceremonies and celebrations, and private workshops and retreats.
She is an author and gifted facilitator, and also leads retreats and workshops internationally, while also providing a variety of online healing, empowerment, and leadership programs.
She currently lives with her husband and two children on their urban farm in Southern California with chickens, a large tortoise, two cats, and a precious therapy dog named Athos. She enjoys being with her family in nature, growing their own food, and tending to her garden and land with her family as much as possible.
