What is Lead from Love?
Lead from Love is a carefully curated program and curriculum to cultivate women's empowerment, leadership development, sisterhood connection, and personal wholeness for today's visionary feminine leaders. In this unique leadership circle experience, we move through 5 powerful archetypes of Conscious Feminine Leadership to cultivate your capacity to be a well rounded, embodied leader and lightworker.
Each week, Laura leads you through a 2 hour online women's circle and training class via Zoom Video conferencing (simple and easy to use!). You will also receive weekly content in the form of videos, audio meditations, and downloadable handouts and PDF's. All of these are in our online course platform that is easily accessible and simple to use.
Our program is a unique blend of intellectual learning, practical training, community building, and sisterhood connection.... I’m Laura J. Swan and I have devoted my life to the healing and empowerment of women and girls, and to the rise of Conscious Feminine Leadership worldwide.
I feel an unshakable knowing in my bones that I am here to do something very important in this time of human history.
But I, perhaps like you too, have also faced many personal challenges and fears along the way to stepping into my own power and full expression. It certainly hasn't been easy.
I am a woman with a full spectrum of humanness, just like you.
I have experienced intense darkness as well as profound Grace. And I have carried the wounds of the collective feminine in my own body and Soul, as perhaps you have, too.
But I also know that now is the time to break through our fears, to move through our self-doubt, and let our heart centered wisdom lead the way.

Laura is a devoted wife and mother, a women's transformational coach and leadership mentor, and an intuitive healer. She is a passionate advocate of women’s empowerment, and has been leading women’s circles, workshops and events since she was 16 years old. Also an author and speaker, Laura has been mentoring, teaching, and coaching women and girls to find their authentic voice and power for over 22 years. She leads retreats and workshops internationally, and provides a variety of online leadership and empowerment programs for women all over the world. Laura runs a private coaching practice and provides in-depth individualized transformational work and mentorship for women and girls.Â
Laura shares her personal story and struggles openly in her work, and allows women to see that she doesn’t just teach from her training and education, but from her own experiences of hardships and triumphs. She believes that transparency and vulnerability are the key to helping each other heal, and that we are all a work in progress in the journey of life.
Laura was awarded the Desire to Inspire Foundations Annual award in 2017, and was recently featured in SD Voyager Magazine as one of San Diego's most inspiring women entrepreneurs.Â
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her BA in Anthropology and Religion from Boston University, and holds her Masters degree in Depth and Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. As a trained counselor, a certified life coach, intuitive healer, and a Reiki Master Teacher, she integrates all of these healing and therapeutic approaches in her empowerment work with women.
She currently lives with her husband and their two children, their dog, 2 cats, 5 chickens and a very large tortoise on their little Urban Farm in Southern California. She enjoys growing her own organic food and tending to her land and garden every day.
