Your customized Queen retreat includes massages, energy work, and body treatments that will leave you feeling completely loved up from head to toe. We truly have some of the most talented healers and body workers in the world in San Diego, and you will receive the best of the best!

While on your retreat and when offered... you can choose to attend an event or live circle as Laura's guest, where she will connect you with her beautiful community of powerful women and like-minded sisters. You will be welcomed with open arms and fully supported in your intentions and dreams.

Throughout your retreat, your body will be filled with healthy and nourishing foods, fresh green and fruit juices, and delicious organic treats that make you feel ALIVE and fully activated. San Diego has some of the freshest and healthiest food in the world, and we make sure your taste buds are delighted to the fullest as you activate and embody your Queen! All special diets can be accommodated.

While on your Queen's Retreat, you will stay at the beautiful and picturesque Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, also home to the world famous Chopra Center. The grounds are lush and covered with flowers and fruit trees, with heated pools and spas to your heart's delight. Your retreat includes a massage treatment and day pass to the luxurious spa here, and you are just minutes away from one of North County's most beautiful beaches!!

A Sample Itinerary for your Queen's Retreat
*all retreats are customized and tailored to your needs and desires
Day 1:
Arrive in San Diego and be picked up at the San Diego Airport (you are welcome to rent a car if you prefer, but no need!). Go directly to your resort so you can get settled, nourished, and rest from your travel. After checking in with Laura and doing some refueling, you will receive a massage and treatment right in your room for grounding, healing, and intention setting. Then get a good night's rest because tomorrow is day fit for a Queen!
Day 2:
Awaken and have a healthy breakfast at the delicious resort restaurant, relax for a bit, then Laura will pick you up for a walk and private mentoring session on her favorite beach. After she will take you to the breath-taking meditation gardens in Encinitas to do a Queen meditation and visualization calling in your deepest desires and dreams.
After a delicious, organic vegan lunch together, Laura will take you to your Queen Embodiment adornment session for the rest of the afternoon!
After your photo shoot, it's time for the Queen to relax at the resort, go for a swim or hot tub, and take in the beauty of the San Diego stars.
Day 3:
Spa day for the Queen! Take the morning to have a relaxing breakfast or go for a beach walk, and then enjoy a spa day pass and receive another luxurious massage and treatment at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa.
After your embodiment session, you are feeling so juicy, confident, and on fire for your desires and dreams! It's time to celebrate.
That evening, attend Laura's live women's circle in her home, and be witnessed and supported in your full Radiance by a circle of sisters.
Day 4:
Wake up, relax, and depart at your leisure from the San Diego Airport (all transportation to and from the airport is included!).
What all is included in your Queen's Retreat?
-3 nights/4 days of accommodations in a Queen's Supreme room at the Omni La Costa Resort
-Dinner on first night, then 3 meals a day for 2nd and 3rd day, breakfast on final day before you depart
-Transportation to and from the airport and to your planned activities while on retreat
-Deep dive mentoring and healing sessions and private retreat with Laura
-Customized Goddess Adornment and Queen Embodiment session with a photo shoot done by Laura and her goddess support team

-1 in-room massage/healing treatment
-Spa day pass and massage treatment at your beautiful resort spa. Your spa pass includes access to steam rooms, saunas, roman showers, hot tubs, and a heated pool.
