A Sample Day Itinerary for your Inner Goddess Retreat
*all retreats are customized and tailored to your needs and desires
9:30-10:30am: Arrive and meet Laura
Arrive in San Diego and be picked up at the San Diego Airport, or meet Laura directly at the Omni La Costa Resort. You will begin your day with a meeting on the beautiful grounds of the resort to connect and set intentions for your retreat and share about the day ahead.
10:30-12:30- Beach Session and Meditation Gardens
Laura will take you for a walk and private mentoring session on her favorite beach. After she will take you to the breath-taking meditation gardens in Encinitas to do a guided meditation and visualization calling in your deepest desires and dreams. These gardens are a powerful place of sacred prayers and intention setting for many years.
12:30-1:30 Delicious Nourishment
Enjoy a delicious, organic lunch together and continue your Goddess Activation over a healthy and nourishing meal.
2:00-5:00p: Spa Time and Pampering
Spa time for the Goddess! Enjoy a spa day pass and receive a luxurious massage and treatment at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa.
5:00-6:00p: Shower and Break
Rest, shower, and take a moment to relax in your suite before dinner with Laura at the beautiful Omni La Costa Resort.
6:30-8:30p: Dinner and Integration Session
Dinner and closing healing/mentoring session with Laura to integrate the day, and get tools and guidance around your path forward and how to come into the next phase of your life with clarity, confidence, and power.
9:00p: Rest and Rejuvenation time
Enjoy downtime, do some journaling, get a good night's sleep, take a bath, or go to the hot tub and relax after a day of Soul pampering and deep nourishment on all levels. The next morning you can sleep in, get a good workout in or yoga class at the retreat's epic gym, go for a walk on the beach, and check out and leave at your leisure.
